What a joy to be met and served today by rachel. She was pleasant and happy and even went out the back to get a sandwich which was not on the shelf yet. This lady should teach customer service. Take note marks and spencer

There was rude and aggressive lady at at the tills. Awful, awful service. Me and my mother were waiting in line to buy some items. In front of us were two elderly ladies being served by this women (glasses and brown hair) who proceeded to be rude and downright mean. The ladies were flustered and upset while this women proceeded to shout them down, using phrases like Be quiet and tell me if you need a bag!, Just answer the question! and rolling her eyes. She was hostile and horrible, leaving the poor ladies astonished. We then decided to self-serve as we didnt want to subject ourselves to the same abuse the ladies received. We regret not saying anything. I hope that this employee is held to account for her actions as they did not at all reflect the values and service that M&S are normally known to provide.
