Working with Jas for the past year has been transformational for both our business but also personally. We had stalled with our growth and were struggling to find the right direction for our team, which had started to impact on our home life too (although we only realise that now looking back). By being our coach, accountability partner and guide, Jas helped us to get back the control and focus we needed. Now we are much stronger in ourselves, recognise more about ourselves and how to be a better leader, manager and person. This had led us to having such a strong team that we are incredibly proud of. We recently invested in new site and are planning to grow the business significantly. This was always in our dreams but using the tools Jas provided we are well on our way to realise our ambitions. There is still a long way to go but we have the mindset and the tools to get where we want to go. We cannot recommend Jas, we now think of him as part our our business and have (and will continue to) engage him in our team/ business' growth and success.
