We went there expecting a care village as advertised on the website page. But it's not even finished. Advertised studio flats but only had two finished and they were taken. When we phoned up twice one person said what I explained above the other person said that was untrue. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Moving into Kimberley gave Dad a new lease of life. We could not believe how quickly he settled in and seemed to feel at home. Although his health deteriorated quite rapidly, the loving care and attention he received from all the staff kept him comfortable and gave him a sense of well being. He even made a friend or two, not easy when you have quite advanced dementia. When it became obvious that he would not live much longer the staff kept us fully informed and shared the decision making as we would have wished so that we, his family felt fully supported throughout this time. I cannot find adequate words to express my gratitude to the staff, they are wonderful. When visiting during his last days, it was not unusual to go into his room and find a member of staff just sitting with him, keeping him company. Kimberley Care provides truly compassionate and highly professional care and I cannot recommend it too highly. I will always be grateful. Ann Boyce nee Scrimshaw
