Email sent before we arrived saying we had to be in the property by 10pm with doors and windows closed, though on their website it does state 11pm.
Was visited on the Fri eve by Jill at 10pm telling us to move inside. The party did move inside with doors and windows closed however Jill came back to property complaining about the noise.
Hosting big groups, maybe the property should be sound proofed, especially as noise does travel well in opened plan spaces where there is lots of windows.
Again on the Saturday evening, we was ushered in side at 11pm by a very disgruntled Jill.
We were told smokers should only smoke 1 at a time outside.
Seems Jill is in the wrong profession, no glitter, no slime, curfew of 10pm, windows and door closed, out of your own pool at 7, no hot tub after 10pm.
To host property like this, a hen and a stag in the same weekend and expect no noise at all is ridiculous.
The 2 partys mixed, and again Jill was on the hunt for us.
I feel from the Friday evening anything we did or said was going to be wrong.
It seems from the Google reviews the same issues arise.
Big parties are told to leave early.

Apparently we were causing other neighbours issues, however Jill told the bride on the morning of us being told to leave early that no one had complained about us.
The owner knows exactly what she is doing, very miserable and sly.
Yes there are rules in place, maybe if we had been spoken to in a polite manner rather than abruptly and aggressively then reactions and outcome would of been different.
Seems Jill is very unreasonable and needs to lighten up slightly.
Maybe look at a different profession if retirement isnt in sight.
Yes, we were a group of 15, lots of giggles and laughs whilst playing pool, table football and games at the table outside, seems this is the wrong property if you are a big group.
Though we was told we were a minority of loud groups.
Certainly would not recommend to any family or friends.

I believe I made a fair review, I would be utterly disappointed if another hard working group paid their money to have the same happen.
The group was inside the other house, mixing. No music being played outside.
The house in question that this was has surround sound from the Sonos music system. As quoted on your website.
As you admitted to the bride to be and the mother of the bride on the morning in question, No residents had complained.
No loud music was played outside.
We were sat outside playing games and chatting in the hot weather. This was when we were told to go inside.
Within 10 mins the owner returned and was goading the party. Admitting that she would not go to bed until she knew that we were in bed.
The party was goaded again and on return this is how you realised that some of the party had gone to see if the other house were being treated in the same manner.
Words were exchanged and not just on the side of the guests.
The owners also raising their voices and shouting at the guests.
Its slightly disappointing that In your response no reason has been given why there are 2 different times that guests have to be inside.
1 emailed to the party 10pm and a different 1 on your website 11pm
Does this depend on the clientele in question?
Also the lack of honesty regarding other residents complaining, to always blame the guests in a abrupt way (you only have to read the responses to see how it comes across) when the situations are provoked and guests are antagonised.

But the real problem was the bugs, which bit us, leaving bite marks on the sheets for us to find in the morning.
Dear owners, how could there not be bugs in the house? These are literally photos of your property, with blood on the sheets and pillows, the parts of the body that bed bugs like to bite.
The third photo shows one of the bugs which we found inside the house (we found three in total). We sent these samples to the Council.
