Sarah and the family are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble.
House is set adjacent the family home alongside another let, grounds are lovely, paddock is massive to exercise your dog.
House comes well equipped, welcome tray included plus doggy bundle. WiFi is included.
Games room on site too which is good.
Local pub is short walk away, however about 500 yards is along a busy B road, so you have to walk on the verge. Not really suitable for young children or dogs. Also watch out in summer for harvest mites on your pet.
Local vets in Somerton are lovely if you have to call upon them as we had to.
Local chippy in Somerton is good, as is Cardimon Indian in Langport. Also Harry's Cider farm is a short walk away, worth visiting.
Cottages are at most an hour away from either North Somerset coast or Dorset coast. Glastonbury is about 20 minutes away too.
We really enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely be booking to visit again.
