I phoned for a quote and got sound and reasonable advice. I was given a guide price and a worst-case-scenario so I was prepared. Brett is very professional, polite and courteous. He turned up on time and got straight to work. He is also very meticulous and methodical in his work and found minor issues missed by others. I thoroughly recommend him.

Brett came to my home to look at the bike I needed repairing, the very next day after I messaged him. He took it away, fixed and serviced it, and delivered it back to me within a week, keeping me updated throughout. Very professional service and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Brett to anyone wanting their bike fixing and servicing.

I would rate it 6 out of 5 if I had the option too!!! Absolutely out of this world service. Having given Bikespanners less than a week before heading to university to fix my bike, they managed to fix the bike to a world-class standard. They travelled miles out of their way to ensure they had the correct parts to my bike before I left for uni. It's looking as good as new!!! Amazing valued service. I would happily use Bikespannners again. Thank you very much!!!
