        Very difficult job glazing mullion windows in Tudor manor house. All irregular, out of square and slightly different sizes. They did a fantastic job, putty is immaculate. Good communication too. Highly recommended. Ben Service: Glass installation

        I think you can always tell the quality of a company by its after sales service. Having spent around 13k with Stratton Glass, I am disappointed that the response from the owner and his manager was cool to pretty indifferent when my 3 year old bifold doors developed a crack in the internal glass on one of the doors. Nothing hit the glass, I haven't smashed it with anything - the crack developed by itself, overnight - probably due to tension in the fitting. All I was asking was that someone come and look at the problem - that was over 2 weeks ago. The response, 'we are busy' and 'we don't guarantee the glass'- does not help me. Buyer Beware!! Service: General door installation
