These are without doubt trying times for the medical profession and criticism rife, some justified. However LSMP today, after an initial hiccup in the callback feature, were outstanding for both my wife and myself. We could tell the general enquiries handler had had a very difficult day but was so helpful in getting us to the right person, who in turn assured us the doctor would ring us before close of play, which indeed she did. It was a collaboration of the staff that made it for us and not for the first time.

Would of given mote stars if it wasn't for a couple of the older ladies who work on Reception, their telephone manner is blunt and at times down right rude! If you don't like working with people then you're in the wrong job! That being said the Doctors and Nurses are all lovely and friendly.
