NICOLA IS THE BEST ESTATE AGENT Kind - considerate - helpful I cant rate Nicola at Barton and Co enough! Its not just a job to Nicola its so much more the onward sale was wonderful. Dont hesitate call Nicola today you wont regret it. I got my dream house and she made it happen! Just hope that once we complete she can come round to our new house for a cuppa to say thanks.

My husband and I were shown round a property recently by Nicola Pearce of Barton & Co. We were very impressed by her presentation of the property, she had definitely done her homework and in her preparation had asked the vendor the sort of questions that we were asking her about the property so she was well prepared. She knew the area well. Whilst having decided not to offer on the property it was so nice to meet an estate agent who knew their stuff and presented it well, having been on a week of visits with agents who were nowhere near so well prepared!

The Long Stratton had just opened when we decided to put our house on the market, we chose Barton and Co because they were new to Long Stratton and we wanted to support a new local business AND we were not disappointed. From our first contact with Ollie and the ongoing support from Nicola we have been well looked after at every step of the process, from the photographs , the viewing to the offer process and the tracking of the post sale process. Viewed a property with Barton & Co, and although our offer was not accepted we were so pleased with how the whole process was managed. Jacqueline and Nicola are professional, trustworthy and such a refreshing change from all the other agents we have dealt with. They are both an asset to this business. Thank you for letting us view the house with you. I dont normally write reviews but it really was a pleasure and that they deserve a mention.
