Kit Factory were exceptional from begin to end. I dealt with Brad who responded quickly and no nonsense wording. Emails were to the point. One thing I was impressed with is that they didnt even asked me for our logo. The sample was taken from our website I assume and pop on. Kit Factory have been brilliant over the past few years that our club has been working with them. They supply all our boys and girls junior teams with full football kits and they have a wide range of options, if an age group (or the coaches!) want something particular. Really nice people and great at what they do. I am a very happy customer, who will be back again !

Sam and the team at KitFactory have provided an exceptional service for our club, providing high quality garments across our Men's, Ladies', and Juniors' sections. All our items have been delivered on time, to spec, and with zero quality challenges whatsoever. It is very fairly priced relative to other suppliers, too. They have also helped with a range of bespoke and short-term requests, such as our goalkeeper smocks, our new away kit that was needed at really short notice, and various requirements from our juniors; this just shows how they go above and beyond for customers. The team are polite, proactive, efficient, and just nice people. We would happily recommend to any club.

I have used the services of Sam at Kit factory for many years and have always found the service 2nd to none. Quality is always very good and nothing is never too much trouble to sort. On the very rare occasion there is an issue Sam has always sorted and fixed it with no fuss or stress.
