Me and my husband moved in on October 22nd and the people who we did a swap with has left rubble and rocks all over the place and the front door porch bit is full of mold and it spreeding on most of the window we would like this done and sorted as got three month old baby

Excellent car park and safe entry. Covid compliant with masks, thermometer & sanitiser. Comfortable waiting area and welcoming reception area and staff.

This council is a waste of time . My friend has put up a Beautiful fence in his garden.this was done 3 years ago and they have said it is 2 inches too high. And THEY haven't resolved a parking space For 25years.we have been sending emails. And they don't answer anything. Don't use this council Bad people And kept away from them

Saffron are the most disgusting organisation I've ever come across. 19 years of their utter incompetents and lies. Saffron are incapable of tellling the truth. Even when issues are in writing they still manage to blatantly lie. Senior managers who call themselves directors are fantastic at doing this. They are also incapable of answering questions put to them. Any slightly difficult question they just ignore. They are fantastic at lying to the media too. This organisation is rotten from the top down. Incompetent bullies and if you let them in your home they'll destroy it and then refuse to do anything about it. The staff are rude and unhelpful, which isn't surprising when they see manager's doing exactly the same to tenants. This company has a major issue with communication. This lot fail to answer emails, formal complaints and do repairs. They can't even let you know when they'd like to access your home. I have repairs outstanding going back 12 years, but they claim all repairs have been undertaken. LIES Saffron like to quote their policies, but fail to abide by them. They do however like to claim they've phoned you even when Saffron have no telephone number of yours. Two staff members have claimed this, more lies. They aren't fit for purpose. The tenant group is also corrupt. It's run by three highly defensive ex Saffron staff. Their appalling attitudes are Saffron. I wouldn't trust them to help me and hold Saffron to account. THEY ARE SAFFRON. Even the local district council know they're appalling.
