A terrible practice now, and this has nothing to do with covid 19. Dentists come and go all the time, and each time you have to be 'assessed'. Weeks prior to lockdown, I should have been referred back to a dental hospital, but this was never done, and no explanation has ever been given. The practice manager could'nt run a hot bath, let alone a dental practice.

The dentist here used to be lovely, and i have been a patient for many years. However since he left my experience has been horrible. The dentist is rude and has no sensitivity to her patients pain, and became verbally abusive when I did not understand what she was saying and asked for further clarification. My complaint to the practice has so far been ignored.

Good dentist. I have been going for some years. New dentist I have works Thursday and Friday only.. is great! I had private work completed as chose white fillings etc. All I would say is price given by dentist is often not correct so my mistake twice. Get in writing before agreeing treatment so don't get a shock at end as both times has been higher than verbally quoted.
