Our house sold very quickly and Mark then worked with us to progress to completion day. I sold my house just as the Covid first lockdown was easing up. Mark Wilkins was excellent in every respect. I chose Mark as my estate agent first and foremost because of his professionalism. I liked his calm and assuring approach and if I were a buyer, he would help instil trust in me. He kept me informed throughout the whole selling process and he was a delight to communicate with. Always friendly, always professional, always happy to share his good advice. I have now moved across the country, but if I were able to choose Mark again to handle the sale of my house, I would. He represented Humberts when my house was first put on the market and the transition across to Winkworths was seamless. Mark's integrity and professional attitude combined with Winkworths stable reputation are a winning recipe for sure.
