Nethergate, Brewery, Distillery, Shop & Tap House

Visited today for the distillery tour (tour was a gift for my husband and son). The both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found it very informative. I was designated driver so limited my "tasting" of the gins to a sip of their tasters. I waited in the garden in the sunshine with a really lovely. I joined the boys in the bar at the end their tour. It has a really comfortable feel about it and obviously well used by the locals. All the staff were really happy and you could tell they were enthusiastic about their products. Yes we bought a couple of bottles to enjoy at home hope to return very soon to sample the beers. Somebody else can drive next time

Beer Festival weekend and really busy....always a good sign. A short visit from Spain and passing by saw the signs, and crowds so just had to sample the fare. Good English beer, wide choice, fair prices (for England anyway), what's not to like.
