I visited as part of their charity open day. The growing fields are lovely and full of bees and other insects. The staff were really friendly and the tea and cake as great too!

From initial contact with Emma, I knew my wedding flowers were in safe hands. Her experience and knowledge of local flowers was fantastic, and the pieces she created on my wedding day were beyond expectation. She was a pleasure to work with and delivered gorgeous flowers on the day. She created stunning displays including the bouquets, buttonholes, centrepieces, and several larger arrangements. Incredibly well priced for what she delivered and would highly recommend.

The Fellside Flower Company really was the perfect choice for our wedding flowers. They were beautiful! If you're thinking about contacting them, do it! We knew early on we wanted a rustic and colourful wedding, booking the amazing Yew Tree Farm in Coniston. When we started to think about our flowers we didn't have exact colours in mind but we knew we wanted them to be bright, from a local supplier and grown in a way that fit with our desire to be as eco-conscious as possible. We couldn't have found better than Emma and the Fellside team. We were drawn to their focus on British flowers and sustainability as well as the beautiful floral displays on their website. When I got in contact, Emma was incredibly friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much! There were lots of decisions we still hadn't made at the time, but I had a call with Emma early on to give her a feel for what I was thinking about. I talked a LOT! Even with my dithering, Emma was able to translate the ideas I did have into some great suggestions. I knew my dress was going to have plenty of colour and that I loved wildflowers, natural foliage and some flowers that reflected our heritage and after speaking to Emma I knew I had found the perfect match. Emma was really flexible in what she could offer and tailored everything to our budget, including when we increased it quite late on so we could add more flowers! We decided to go for buckets of flowers to create our own table displays. I decided upon a flower crown and a bright bouquet to fit with my dress, with posies for my bridesmaids. My husband wanted buttonholes with thistles (he is half Scottish and the grooms party were wearing kilts), and after visiting the venue a few more times we decided to ask Fellside to do some displays to go at the top of the stairs where we were getting married. Even though I had some wobbles about what I wanted really close to the wedding, Emma understood my vision better than I did (and put up admirably with those wobbles - sorry Emma). She really knows what works together. One of the exciting things about focusing on seasonal flowers and foliage is that there is scope to end up with lots of beautiful and interesting things that you might not have originally thought of. Emma certainly delivered on that front - she's a genius with an amazing eye. Not only did she provide an amazing array of flowers in the buckets that fit in with the colours we finally went for (reds, yellows, white, blues) but there were a few beautiful additions too. They all looked stunning when we finally did our table displays. And when Emma delivered my floral crown and bouquet on the day - well, she took my breath away. At the venue, my husband commented on how friendly and professional Emma was in helping with buttonholes and finishing up the displays. She had even done a field trip to the farm pre-wedding to better understand the vibe/layout. On the day we had so many lovely comments about the flowers, especiallymy bouquet and flower crown. And looking back at the photos we are blown away by how bright and colourful and perfectly in-keeping they were. We're so sorry it's taken so long to write this review but Emma, we can't thank you and Fellside enough. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without you.
