Firstly the owners were so generous and made sure we had eveything we needed, they were very freindly, and showed us around the farm and all the daily tasks they let us be involved. It made us enjoy our holiday so much more as we rly enjoy the working farm life. Our daughter also loved to watch the animals be fed etc. We saw cows have babies, all so fascinating to see. The owners children and grandchildren are also very freindly. You can get lots privacy if you want it but you can also be involved if want too. Lot of open ground space and stunning river walk alongside the property which is baiscally private, you don't meet anyone. The actual house was so clean and tidy, spacious kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Pictures definitely don't do justice!! I would highly recommend low Howgill, also lots to do in the area, boating, biking, walks. All in all we had a fabulous holiday!! Thank you and we hope to be back one day!!
