Very disappointed, had to constantly chase. Times scale given for delivery was not realistic at all, continually told it was coming when it wasnt, Delivery was a joke, no advice provided to me or driver so ended up having to unload everything off the lorry by hand just me and the driver, health and safety manual handling risk, actually dangerous! Poor quality, galvanised panels, pitting and clearly had something resting on it before dry. Would not recommend using this company at all, poor customer service and product. Wanted to support local business but better to use a larger company that can deliver quality within timescales

I had four internal stables installed in a barn about 6 weeks ago. I cannot fault Vale's service, quality of product, and installation. I made a mistake on the measurements and Vale put it right without complaint, I couldn't fault them. They made special brackets to ensure the partitions are secure, worked quickly and to schedule. The horses have already tested them, with lots of rubbing and banging the doors, but I have confidence the partitions will withstand whatever they throw at them. I am also really pleased I went for recycled plastic, very easy to maintain, no chewing and look lovely.
