        The worst customer experience we have ever had to deal with. From a flooded kitchen to no WiFi for months to snags around the house that have still not been dealt with - and found by external tradesmen to be an issue before we moved in - weve been left feeling stressed, upset and let down countless times in our new home.

        Lovely location, good build quality, good price, initially responsive to snags until you complete the NHBC feedback, then slow, main drawback is no broadband, six months after being promised, admitedly some of the delay not due to Bovis. I don't recommend completing until they guarantee it will be in, their alternative is useless... be wary of the 5 star reviews, dont seem to be from buyers

        Although the house is beautiful, it's not finished and yet they let you move in. There are plumbing issues and NO ability to have WIFI, making wfh impossible. The plumbing is constantly backing up and they block your cars in completing work they tell you nothing about! Great house, terrible site manager. I wouldn't buy if I knew what I know now.
