        The people are awesome - it really is a great community who will all stick up for the right thing such as saving the woodland. The houses are very well built, unfortunately we are still battling to get some issues fixed, like the road paving, street lighting to match the WCC standards and installing the correct sized vehicle garage door. Other than that they have solved our snags and reading other issues people have had they are ok at building homes.

        We bought our house on Meon Vale because of the beautiful woodland and greenway. It was used as a key selling point. St Modwen now want to build 300 houses on the beautiful woodland as part of their evolving plans for the site. We cant help but feel anger and mistrust that St Modwen would do this, especially in the midst of a Climate change emergency, cutting down thousands of trees is not acceptable. Do not believe their environmental claims, actions speak louder than words.
