        I have tried quite a few Pilates classes in Warwick and have at last found one that works me hard. I love the fact that my abs ache the day after, feels like something good is happening. Amy is easy going and down to earth, the classes are always fun and relaxed, everyone is always so friendly. I always leave a Pilates session feeling energised and my tense neck and shoulders feel more relaxed. I would highly recommend these classes.

        I was really pleased to know i could have one to one Pilates sessions with Amy. My co-ordination is not the best, but Amy makes you feel so at ease and her knowledge and patience is reassuring. My symptoms are improving and i have more confidence and feel i could attend a class now.

        Pilates with Amy is fantastic. Amy regularly introduces new movements so the classes always feel fresh and she is great at making sure every individual gets the best out of each and every class. I have really benefited from Pilates; I have far fewer aches and pains and I am definitely more toned. I would recommend Pilates with Amy to anyone.
