    Following my work with Libby over the last 3 months, I have found that when cycling (and particularly when climbing) I felt so much stronger and more stable in my core. This means that I feel I have a lot more power going through my legs rather than using energy trying to stabilise myself. Others have noticed that I seem to be riding much better! I definitely think that is due to the work weve been doing in the gym and the programmes Libby has given me - I havent felt this strong in my core for a long time, and all the squats and deadlifts are also helping my leg strength, so thank you!

    Libby really helped with my triathlon goals through some strength and conditioning training. as she is a triathlete herself she can understand what needs to be done for your training

    I have trained with Libby since the first lockdown and shes been extremely adaptable with the limited equipment that I have at home. I then had back surgery in October and came back to do my physio exercises with her and worked on small progressions in between my physio appointments. Im now almost back to normal training but plan to continue my zoom training even when the gyms open up again (I dont live nearby). Shes been an amazing support both emotionally and physically and I cant recommend her enough.

    I have been training with Libby for the last seven weeks and found it to be thoroughly enjoyable. I am a large person with a lot of health issues and Libby has been really professional and is helping me to get some strong foundations in place. Libby has proved herself to be super knowledgeable, but also fun and friendly. For the first time exercise is a pleasure, rather than a chore and I saw it paying-off outside of the sessions immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend her to beginners of any age and professional athletes alike.
