My sciatica problem was eased on the first visit and greatly improved after the next couple of sessions. Ben then put together an easy set of exercises for me to help keep my lower back moving. Ben puts you at your ease, is easy to talk to and is very mindful and respectful of your personal space. I highly recommend him.
