We looked at lots of other new build developments and the standard provided from Denton is just head and shoulders above anything else we saw. 'Added extras' like flooring, shower over bath, kitchen goods, fencing etc that are charged over the odds from the other developers are all included as standard from Denton - and not the cheapest options either, Denton included expensive, good quality 'extras'.
We barely had any snagging issues and what little there was has been quickly acknowledged by their excellent customer care rep Lee and a resolution reached.
I can't imagine ever wanting to move again, but if we do it will be a Denton home for sure!
