I told them that I had decking that needed repairing. They agreed an appointment. When the guy turned up, he turned his nose up at the repair. Didn't want to do it. It was almost like tradesmen snobbery. The work was not good enough for him. It was worth a few hundred quid at least. I just feel that it was unprofessional. If they are going to turn up their noses at repair work, they should ask for a photo first and decide on that and not waste people's time as occurred on this occasion.

After being asked to delete my review as I was not included in their books, I have decided to instead share how unprofessional the team are - driving dangerously, being rude to pedestrians, and heckling young women throughout Esher and Thames Ditton. Id suggest their management invites them to behave better driving throughout Surrey and London in company cars, as you do not have to have worked directly with a company to have had such an unpleasant experience with them as I have.
