Renovation of two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Bathroom Eleven recently completed this work for us, and I can highly recommend their professionalism, courtesy and customer service. From the initial design meetings though to stripping out the old and installing the new, we were very impressed. The whole team were pleasant to deal with, project management was excellent, and the work was smoothly completed within the specified time scale. We now have very stylish new bathrooms. The Bathroom Eleven team hve been a pleasure to work with, and we are extremely happy with our new Master Ensuite Bathroom. From the smooth and inspiring Design process with Alex, to the rennovation and fitting with Chris, we were satisfied with their communication and proffessionalism throughout the process. Our new bathroom mathches the initial designs pefectly, and we couldn't have achieved such a high standard without their help. We highly recommend Bathroom Eleven to anyone who is looking for a company with a high standard/ topnotch/ super professional/ super pleasant and fun/ genuine/delivers a great bathroom on time and budget/ etc. and I could go on and on... Adam, our designer, was a superstar. Not only that he has many great ideas and extensive design experience, but he does also listen to our requirements. His idea + our requirements = a fantastic bathroom that we love. Nothing is too difficult for him. He manages to put a design together that is so stunning one of my family members said that she could be in there forever! Chris, our builder, was another superstar. He showed up every day before 8 am and never once left before 5 pm. His craftsmanship is so fast, effective and precise. We have had many plumbers and builders working for us but Chris is the BEST. It is also pleasant to have him around the house, as he is super polite, clean and most of the time working in the bathroom (we did not see him much). Ben, our project manager, was also a superstar (this company only employs great people?). Though we do not interact with him so much as Chris was so good, Ben is always reachable and helped us immediately when we needed his help. If we are going to have our next bathroom remodelled, we will call Bathroom Eleven again in a heartbeat. Our choice of Bathroom Eleven was based on a recommendation from a friend. We wanted a complete renovation of our family and en-suite bathrooms. Bathroom Eleven provided a complete high quality design to installation service, which exceeded our expectations. All the tradesmen worked to a very high standard to deliver two beautiful bathrooms. The transformation is outstanding. We highly recommend Bathroom Eleven. New Kitchen review: We had waited patiently for Bathroom Eleven to begin kitchen renovations. Our beautiful,contemporary, yin-yang kitchen was designed by Adam. The Bathroom Eleven team carried out the building work meticulously. This involved renewing the floor,walls,ceiling,pipe work and electric cables.The installation of the kitchen units and appliances was carried out with care and precision. The transformation is amazing, with a wow factor.We are very pleased with our new kitchen and the outstanding after care service from Ben.

We went to Bathroom 11 because we decided we needed a full service bathroom refurbishment and it seemed like this is what they do. We have been very happy with the installation - the confidence that they have generated in us through the whole design process and the installation and after care has been immense. Design - Adam our bathroom design brought ideas and solutions that we wouldnt have thought of - he also lead us all through the process so we were confident that our new bathroom would be amazing. Installation - our team of Craig and Adam were phenomenal - they talked to us and allayed any fears we might have and listened when we had queries. Their attention to detail was incredible. After care - Adam and Ben were very concerned that we would be happy which we have appreciated. We have been left with a good feeling. We love our new bathroom - I like to sit and look at it surrounded by calm vibes!! I still love sitting in it!! Service: Remodeling
