Bought my frist car in UK from Berry thames Mini.. collected my car today and im super happy for the brilliant help from the team. Special mention on Glen for continuously assistanting me on the Financing process and making sure I'm getting through from all paperworks.. Thanks a lot Michael for helping me selecting the best car for my needs and taking time and effort to going through my all the crazy questions.. and finally thanks a lot Harry for doing a wonderful handing over my car on time with supporting me throughout the process.. I bought my first, new mini from Dan 3 years ago at Mini Thames Ditton and he was fantastic then! It was the best thing I ever did! After returning 3 years later, I was lucky enough to see Dan again who, just like last time was brilliant! He worked tirelessly to get me the best deal, ensuring it was meeting my exact needs. He filled me with so much confidence and reassurance. Every question we asked, he answered with expertise and nothing was too much for him! It is really important to me, when spending a large sum of money on a car, that it is safe and fit for purpose for me and my family and that I have full trust in the dealership and sales assistant, and this is exactly what I got! I cannot thank Dan enough for his time, knowledge and customer care and for being a genuinely loving human being! Thank you Dan and Mini, I honestly dont think Id be happy shopping anywhere else!
