If you stopped using this garage/dealership when it was Cooper, because the quality and customer service went downhill, then please go back now that it is Berry. Fantastic, helpful and high quality service has returned, just like it used to be. Shirin is just amazing - professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble, he always takes care of us so well. We wouldnt take our BMW anywhere else.

James Hunter gave me excellent customer service today, none of my requests and questions were too much for him and he offered me a fantastic deal on a MY22 BMW M240i. I can't wait to pick it up next Saturday. Thank you James

Fantastic service from the guys at Berry BMW, from my initial phone enquiry on the Tuesday to collecting my new BMW on Friday all aspects covered. I got the train down from Scotland (3 trains) and Ollie, who was dealing with the sale, picked me up at the station. Very knowledgeable and thorough with all the controls and advanced technology on the car, made sure I was happy with it then gave me time to set up and get used to it before my 420 mile test drive home. Friendly staff and lovely lady, Sue, on reception. Great drive home, love the car but it's a bit far to come back for a service lol, thanks again, would definitely recommend
