Very impressed with this company, they are true to their 10 year building warranty. My ageing building was refurbished six plus years ago was again showing signs of weather damage to the cedar roof ridges and skirting. Having spoken with the sales team at Malvern show they came and replaced roof ridges and skirting with no charge. Can highly recommend.

I cannot fault the sturdiness of the Tikki hut itself. I would however suggest you do not get the thatched roof version. There is no guarantee at all but you are told that the roof should last 3 to 5 years. I had to get a replacement thatch and unfortunately the replacement is deteriorating after 2 years. I have complained but unfortunately I have not been successful. They have offered a new thatched roof but with no discount which is over 3000. They have suggested I replace the roof with tiles instead which are even more expensive. There has been a change in personnel in the sales team and he is not as sympathetic as the person before and I am disappointed. Having said 3 to 5 years duration I am disappointed that it has been only 2 years before having to look at replacement. I now have to find someone who can instal netting to stop it deteriorating even more. Shame.

Bought one of these 12ish, years ago and it still looks great today. Fab quality and although pricey, worth the investment, look after it it will last forever
