        Next month Our Lady of Light will be celebrating 50 years since it was opened in May 1971. The building was originally intended to be a barn but it was surplus to the manufacture's requirements and was acquired by Fr Wilbur Boswell who needed a ready made building for the new churchhe was constructing at Long Crendon. The picture of the interior speaks for itself as the coloured glass windows set off the crucifix and figures behind the altar. A regular mass is celebrated in the church at 11.00am every Sunday Morning.
