Whole process excellent! Team fantastic from sales to fitting. All options explained with samples to look at to make best fit for renovation. Installation was quick and clean and has added a feature to my house. Premium product high end look whilst being Energy efficient. Highly recommend.

Enlightened windows fitted a new front door in my house. Throughout the whole process communication has been very easy. They showed samples and products before purchase to help me choose and when the door was fitted, there were no surprises. The fitters did a brilliant job removing the old and fitting the new. Great quality door and very pleased with the product. Service before, during and after was exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough.

The whole team were a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Chris and Simon spent a lot of time with us initially to ensure we got exactly what we needed for our restoration of an oak framed property. The windows and doors arrived exactly on time and Simon, Richard and Len were a delight to have around. The workmanship and attention to detail were both excellent, and they went above and beyond ensuring every aspect of fitting and restoration were perfect. Chris and his team are attentive, personable, straight forward, and kind - really nice people to have around your property. We loved having the showroom come to us!! More to the point they have carefully installed super windows. We are very pleased and had no trouble working with these guys at all. If you're after the Danish style, look no further. ** Edit: just coming back a few months later to add that aftercare has also been great, one of our windows dropped and Chris has someone here to fix it less than 24 hours after I contacted him. Fantastic service once again and we continue to feel very well cared for. Attention to detail, no trouble returning until everything is just right. Thanks again Chris and all!

Chris and the team replaced the old windows in our house in the summer. The entire team worked faultlessly dealing with windows that were difficult to remove, wasps nests etc. Each of the team are highly experienced and ensure that nothing is too much effort and everything is completed to the highest standards. We spent a long time deciding the colour and Chris and the team were very happy to help and provide samples so we could get it right. We are delighted with our new windows and would thoroughly recommend using them. The windows have transformed the house and we are so much warmer.
