Just returned from a lovely week long break at Milestones, and what a beautiful little cottage it is, in such a pretty place. Melanie was there to welcome us on arrival and provided some useful information for our stay. Long Compton is a great base to explore the surrounding area with so many wonderful places to visit and plenty of choice for delicious food/drinks. We went on a few lovely local walks using the guides found in the cottage. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and perfect for us 4 adults and 1 child with everything we could need. Milestones cottage is the perfect base for a stay in the Cotswolds - but also a wonderful place itself to spend time in. Melanie and David were superb hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is so lovely and cosy and made for a really homely stay. Even though we were already familiar with Long Compton, Melanie provided some great information about the local area and it was great exploring places we didn't know about such as the dairy just up the road for fresh local produce! We hope to come back again in the future!
