        They just don't care. You ask for a phone call and get a text. Absolutely rubbish, the rest of the NHS is at breaking point and GP services are letting them down.

        Horrible practice. Staff are rude, dismissive and incompetent. They are not even prepared to learn from their mistakes. They are unable to treat even basic medical conditions, like ear infections
