unprofessional in his approach to help us. We cancelled the service that was due on the alarm as all seemed to be ok, however shortly afterwards we had problems with our system and when we contacted him to have a service which we were willing to pay for, Stuart said he was not interested and slammed the phone down. He obviously has enough customers that keep him going so didn't want our custom despite us paying a large amount of money for 2 alarm systems in 2 properties.
Also beware of his drilling skills as he loves drilling through water pipes and causing flooding and damage, for which we have never charged him. Lucky escape we think and we welcome our new service provider.
