Myself, my sister, and my parents have all had water softeners installed by Aqua concepts and they also supply our salt. What I found is that the prices are fair, and after sales service is exceptional and I highly recommend them. Andy the owner is a genuine decent human being snd treats all his customers with great care and respect. The quality of service, products and after sales care is exceptional. I highly recommend!

I dont leave reviews unless its a bad one, however, Andy at Aqua concepts was exceptional. The water softener is brilliant there customer service is perfect, and above all else punctual. Arrived spot on time for every appointment. Explained what he was going to do, and completed the job to the highest standard. I could not recommend andy and this company more! Simply brilliant thank you.

Aqua Concepts without doubt are the best water treatment company I have ever had the pleasure to use, if you want a lesson in how to do business correctly then talk to Andy, his knowledgeable no nonsense approach to this market, like his treated water is refreshing, I made a telephone call to his office a lady called Joanne answered, she answered all my questions and made an appointment for Andy to survey and discuss what I required. That evening I got the quote, I placed the order the following day and the Kinetico system was installed a few days later installation was completed quickly. The process kept very simple just like the system Andy installed. Thanks Andy any time you want a decent cup of tea and you are in the area pop in you will be welcome.

I wonder if Mr Patel has his water softener in "bypass" or perhaps he is filling his kettle form the seporate hard water feed? Have you been out to check these potential issues that are easily rectified? I do hope Mr Patels dissatisfaction can be easily resolved. Wishing you both the very best.
