        I'm a first time landlord and was potentially a little nervous but Gemma was excellent from the off. She gave me advice when I needed and would always be very quick to action any necessary maintenance along with dealing with very particular tenants who I think were testing the waters but thankfully Gemma dealt with my tenants unnecessary demands with professionalism and always kept me in the loop as and when I needed. I wouldn't consider using any other letting agent and without any hesitation recommend you to use Flying Keys .
