We've used JL Phillips for over 5 years now, be it installation or service. Each time, the team have been friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. A pleasure to have a team who not only enjoy their work but take pride in what they do. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the installation of our ASHP, the install team were excellent, they made a very neat and tidy job of the install. When I had a slight problem with one of the radiators Jason rectified it immediately. Got a lovely warm house now!

Just brilliant! Had our ASHP for a couple of months now. What a brilliant job Jasons team did with the installation. Really took care in their work, very clean and tidy. Jason took the time to consider every aspect and dont con us into new unnecessary radiators or underfloor heating like other companies we talked to. ASHP is working very nicely. Best thing weve done in a while. Net zero house now!

Absolutely disgusting extortionate charges for something so simple and little work needed! Also messed us around with invoices AT LEAST 4 times! . Hidden charges too! I had to quirey the invoice over VAT charges. Got some money back. Very sneaky! I have since found a company that charges just over 45% less for the same part needed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. Youve lost us as a customer for good now.
