        Extortionate priced boiler service.. apparently they now charge hourly. Previously boiler was serviced at a standard cost by this company so was a huge shock that they didnt tell me this! Hugely disappointed and wont be using again.

        Engineer spent 5 minutes at our property and vowed to order a part to fix a leaking tap. I telephoned the following morning to say I no longer required their service and subsequently received a bill for 66. What a rip-off!

        Boiler broken and decided to change form usual plumbers, engineer arrived later same day to diagnose problem and ordered parts required, attempted to put boiler back on line but no luck. On arrival of parts job completed speedily. Office contact was good (Rachel) and engineer (Matt) was efficient , polite and speedy. Hourly rate was very acceptable.
