        Phoned on the Monday, Sean came on the Wednesday, needed parts so offered to come Friday but I couldnt do that, so Daniel came on Monday then again Wednesday, and got it sorted. I could track them online, and I got a phone call 30 mins before each visit. They were efficient, friendly and polite, and I would recommend them highly. No complaints at all...

        I called their office around 12 pm on Friday and they were at my house by 4!! I was blown away, figuring there was no way our oven would be fixed on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend. He advised the charges and parts before going forward and changed the heating element and hinges

        We had Chris over from APP Electrical to repair a faulty vacuum cleaner. He told me the day before roughly when he would be arriving, which was very helpful, and then arrived promptly the next day. He was incredibly friendly and knew exactly how to fix the vacuum, even having a spare motor with him. He fixed it very quickly and it works perfectly now! I generally review when I have an excellent or awful experience with a company, and the service I got from Chris & APP Electrical was truly outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend!
