From the point of consultation to the first & second treatment she was nothing but professional and lovely!
Cara is thorough with her consultations and we discussed different pigment colours/brow shapes before she started the first treatment.
The treatment itself is basically pain-free - you feel a tiny scratch during the treatment but it is absolutley fine and more than easy to cope with!
I love my new brows - I am now considering what other treatments I can book her for & would 100% recommend Cara to friends & family.

Cara is professional, personable & informative. She explains your desired procedure before anything takes place then prepares the area with a local anaesthetic numbing cream. She explains what you can expect in terms of discomfort, both pre & post procedure & discusses realistic expectation, before & after care along with colour preference.
The salon has plenty of parking & is inviting, clean & comfortable.
Cara is well presented & looks professional, her online booking system is also easy to use & sends alerts when your appointment is pending.
I have recommended Cara to friends who are also very happy with theyre experiences.
Would definitely recommend.
