I found my experience when dealing with Lucid to be very professional, and it helped to make me feel relaxed and prepared for what is a hugely stressful time. Our advisor Thomas Crane helped us understand what was available to us, and played a vital part in breaking down the many jargon filled documents we had to go through. All in all, Lucid is a fantastic small company showcasing that looking after the customers needs should still be the number one priority, and we were truly looked after by Tom and his team.
