        The carers are so kind, always with a ready smile regardless! The organisational side seems a bit chaotic at the moment - we've had two occasions in recent weeks where neither carer had ever been before, normally at least one carer should already have been 'shown the ropes', so they can guide the other one! They also arrived over an hour later than expected on the last visit, but the letter that would have warned us of this schedule change did not arrive til later that day!
