Very very rude receptionist upset my daughter to day then landed talking over me whilst I was trying to explain what. She had don't still wasn't having it still kept talking over me will be reporting this to the practise manager for e attitude of her with a northern aacsent refused to give me her name abruptly refused and then landed up putting the phone down on me never have had anything like this ever will also be reporting this to. P a l s I suggest she learns. Some telephone manners before she starts talking over people

I have never had anything but friendly, efficient and kind service from everyone at this GP practice. Dr Pepper is a fantastic doctor who combines her medical expertise with compassion and understanding. I feel so lucky to be registered here.

I have previously been a member of this doctors surgery for the majority of my life. I have been suffering with GI issues for 6 years and no help from doctors, went to another surgery in Leeds and got a sigmoidoscopy straight away. I feel the doctors at this surgery have not advocated or pushed for me to be seen. It also took me YEARS to be referred to a dermatologist, I was unable to work as a HCA due to the severity of my skin condition and I was told by the doctors that there was nothing more they could do for me and i had to wait for dermatology. This left me unable to work for weeks in summer and I then contacted 111 who spoke to the surgery and then I received a call from the doctor offering me medication for my skin and it cleared up! Why did they tell me they couldnt do anymore if they could? I have also reached out to them previously about my mental health where I received little help, I was told by Dr Whitehouse that I wasnt bad enough for an eating disorder referral despite struggling for the last 3 years. My mum has also tried many many times to receive mental health support (for years after having a Subarachnoid haemorrhage) but the support is unsatisfactory and the amount of times this has happened its patient neglect. Ive since joined a new surgery when I moved and was shocked at how much more efficient they were, anyone ive spoken to is disgusted that this surgery have left me for so long with no help. Myself and my mum have left this surgery many times feeling not listened to by the doctors with nothing resolved and its not okay, its neglect. However that being said Dr Wadaworth (Im not sure on correct spelling sorry) was amazing and patient with listening but he left last year. Dr Burns was also very helpful and was the only other doctor to listen to me. Its very hit and miss
