Laura is an absolute dream. She creatives such a lovely relaxed atmosphere, whilst pushing you to go further. She has a really wonderful disposition, and takes time to remember name/previous conversations to make you feel appreciated and remembered! Absolutely love my classes with her. x

One week in to my trial and my body feels amazing! I was so nervous about trying hot yoga for the first time but everyone was so friendly and supportive. You can really feel the sense of community in this studio. Great variety of classes too with timings to suit all schedules!

TYQ is amazing. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Ive practiced yoga before but never as consistently as I have here. Theres something about this studio that makes me want to be back on the mat week after week.

Looks like a nice studio and nice staff, but I didnt have the honor to experience it after traveling for 50 minutes to get here, I was told to go home. Id recommend that if the class has certain restrictions or requirements on levels, make it more clear instead of an objective opinion. Person without Bikram class experience can go in while me with experience cannot just made me confuse about how do you define beginner. If its a rule, please be consistent and clear. For whatever reason, that is a frustrating experience. I hope this helps other people to avoid this frustration, make sure you have more than 5 Bikram classes experience before, or just tell them you did to avoid going home straight with another 50 mins travel - a two-hour travel with nothing gets done, what a delight on a Friday night! - whatever suits you. I will certainly come back when I am qualified to be in the class as I was told this is one of the best hot yoga places in London.
