        Love the classes at 3tribes and everyone who works there is great. Favourite classes at the moment are Rider with Lou, Warrior with Emi and Hot Pilates with Hannah - theyre challenging sessions but still friendly and motivating which is rare in a gym!

        I just can't thank Jill and Becky enough for the Yin Soundbathing workshops they hold! You can't find anything even close to this level of care, depth and skills in London. Thank you so much x

        Really love the classes here but there are a couple of issues: (1) a serious hygiene issue. Weights / bikes / mats are not wiped down after every class, as they are in other fitness studios. Also, the floor of the weights room is covered in hair!; (2) a couple of instructors have a bit of an attitude problem (avoid Sarah Francis!!) but the rest are so lovely

        Pleasant and rewarding session, excellent instructors. The hot studio is perfectly suited. Nice shower room and friendly service. Ticks all the boxes for someone like me who wants to practice again after more than a year.
