Respira Yoga London

Isabelle and Respira Yoga have had such a positive impact on me. Isabelle is incredibly well versed in the world of yoga and she will cater to all levels. I never used to put much importance on taking time out for myself and I also never understood the strain I was putting my body through until I attended Isabelles classes. It is amazing how stretching/focusing on breathing has changed my physical and mental well-being for the better! I love that Isabelle gives each individual person attention and ensures we are doing yoga positions correctly. Her attention to detail (the music, lighting, temperature and even the essential oil she brings around to you to inhale during savasana) emphasises just how much she values your experience. Thank you Isabelle, I could not recommend Respira Yoga enough!

FANTASTIC, thoroughly enjoyed an amazing weekend of yoga and meditation @ 42 Acres, Somerset - a wonderful and peaceful setting for some of the best yoga I have experienced in a long time - calmly spoken Isabelle, entices you to relax and enjoy the time you have given to yourself, the abilities within the group vary from complete beginners to seasoned stars. The entire weekend is already considered before you step foot in the grounds, the food is prepared by in house chefs and is amazing! - Allowing you time to nourish your mind, body and soul Highly recommended and I will be going to another

Isabelle's latest retreat (Winter Solstice) was amazing. I am relatively new to Yoga, and still surprised how my mood; what I feel in my heart can be transformed in such a short space of time ! Yin I now understand, was a jigsaw piece missing from my life - so glad I found it! Thank you Isabelle and of course Martina for the sonic exploration - completely new territory for me - I'm 64 next birthday by the way.

Isabelles class is really well structured moving between stretches, flows and relaxation. I would thoroughly recommend it to all levels of yoga enthusiasts.
