I have been doing yoga with Katja for over 4 years, it became part of my weekly routine. Katja is such an inspiration and I always feel so good, so balanced and rejuvenated after her classes. I enjoyed the mix of yoga as an exercise and yoga as spiritual practice, sadly Ive moved house and no longer can attend in person, only online, I wish I could take Katja with me!

It is through Katja that I for the first time, 20 years ago!, took a serious interest in Yoga. She has a relaxed but conscientious approach to Yoga. She makes everybody feel at ease, welcome and with her positive approach to life, it's a joy to take part in her classes. Taking life with a pinch of humour, that's a big part of her personality. In her lessons Katja gently works towards poses and by the end of the session or the week you are positively surprised by how far you got without really realising where she was leading you to in the first place. Breathing plays a big part as well as a lot of explanations regarding the health benefits of the different poses, breathing patterns and the Ayurvedic approach to wellbeing. Aspects I personally thoroughly enjoy. Sadly I don't live in Katja's neighborhood anymore but luckily through the Zoom classes I have been able to have her back in my life. A positive aspect of the virus!!! Thank you Katja for being a truly great teacher.

I have been attending Katja's yoga classes for years now. She is very professional, always making sure that all attendees get the most out of her classes - she takes into consideration different abilities and fitness levels. She explains and demonstrates the poses very well, so everybody is able to follow. She also adjusts us if a posture is not correct, to avoid injury. Katja's yoga teaching doesn't focus only on the poses and the exercise, she has a very thorough knowledge of yoga philosophy and ayurveda. She runs regular workshops covering different aspects, which are very informative and interesting. Besides being professional, Katja has a friendly, approachable personality. She is always ready to smile. I always feel relaxed and energised after a session. I highly recommend her classes to everyone.

I attended Zest for Yoga Ayurveda workshop and I love it! It was a very hands-on informative and inspiring workshop. I learnt a lot about Ayurveda and how we can implement it in everyday life to improve our health. The best bit about the workshop for me was that we had the opportunity to see how you can cook simple but very delicious food (and then tested it was Yummy). Since the workshop, I cooked a few time one of the dishes the Ayurveda Dahl because is quick, easy to cook and delicious.This was my second workshop with Katja she is an excellent teacher. I highly recommend her and her workshops and yoga classes
