I really enjoy the friendly and informal tone to the classes which puts you at ease. I find it helps you to better understand the purpose behind each pose and how to achieve it, without feeling like I have to know all of the terminology. Even when I am tired and not feeling like it, I always feel better after a class and look forward to the next. Im excited for when they move into the new studios too.

Best yoga studio in North London. Instructors are knowledgeable and attentive to everyone's needs. Different types of yoga to suit your every need, from vinyasa to a honey flow. Always feeling refreshed after every class.

Vanessa and her team are warm and friendly teachers who always give an incredible class. I love that they use their knowledge to slightly adjust your postures so you get the best out of your practice. It is definitely one of the top places in London for a truly holistic and wholesome yoga experience. I would 100% recommend!

I started practising yoga with Vanessa almost 10 years ago and was delighted to hear about One Yoga London. In the last couple of years, I've tried the pilates classes with Belle too. I keep coming back as both Vanessa and Belle are excellent teachers - very friendly, attentive, and helpful - so you get the most out of your practise. I'm hoping to try some of their other classes at some point too and highly recommend One Yoga London.
