They also run classes at Canary Wharf (River House School to be precise). The worst yoga classes I've ever attended. The level of physical effort is really minimal, and 10 minutes out of 60 you're just lying down to "relax". And if you're late for 5 minutes - you lose entire lesson with no refund.

I did pregnancy yoga and a hypnobirthing course with Veronique. I felt much calmer and more prepared after our sessions. The meditations, breathing techniques and birthing positions were extremely useful. Veronique is a wonderful teacher who puts you at ease and tailors her teaching to your needs. I highly recommend her.

Brilliant pregnancy yoga with Veronique in Stratford. I have done this course during both of my pregnancies and I would recommend it to anyone! Veronique is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was a complete beginner and it did not matter at all. I am totally converted to yoga now. Thank you :)

Started attending the pregnancy yoga classes at 14 weeks up until 2 days before I went into labour, cannot recommend these classes enough. Learnt so many techniques that helped during labour as well as during my pregnancy. We also attended the Mum and Baby classes. Veronique is a fantastic teacher, and has a lovely way with the babies too. My Son adores baby yoga and has a permanent smile on his face from beginning to end - great for Mum and Baby

Cannot recommend highly enough. Veronique is a fantastic teacher and I have attended her classes with all my babies - I had twins on my second pregnancy and Veronique has kindly had a twin so I could do the classes with both of them. Lovely light airy venue and relaxed friendly atmosphere. Dont miss out!
