Yoga with Olivia

Olivia is a wonderful teacher and her approach is really interesting. Each class is carefully prepared so that within the structure of a flow class Olivia integrates a specific anatomical theme each week, so that each session is both different and holistic - Highly recommended !

I love yoga with Olivia! The quality of her teaching is amazing & the classes are so affordable. Love the flexibility with offering it online too. She's super friendly & attentive and always remembers people's names. I'd recommend her to anyone :)

Took part in a yoga retreat to Kent. The experience was relaxing from walking into the property. The facilities were lovely, massage service amazing, the food great and the yoga was lovely. I left feeling relaxed and renewed.

Olivia was truly amazing. One of the best classes Ive been to (and certainly the best in London). Olivia really teaches from a place of inclusivity and encourages you to put down your ego and get into your body. Ill be back for sure - just wish there were more classes!

Olivia's teaching is practical and non-dogmatic, with a real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for individual bodies. Not only is she able to effectively break down poses so that you understand its key components, she then masterfully brings it all together in a way that is lighthearted and fun!
