        I was in Dave's class back in Feb in Mysore, India. Dave is an amazing teacher very kind and humble. I sweat so much in that session. The Prana Vashya yoga practise is very strict, students learn through repetition of the postures and learn to breath properly. I really enjoyed Dave's class and really recommend.
